Has anyone used this site for purchasing B12?

perniciousanemia.org/b12/in...

It’s payment in dollars but it’s from a lab in England and posted by Royal Mail. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've had a quick look at their website and they don’t appear to sell B12 in sterile single dose ampoules. It comes in powder form and has to be mixed with injection grade sterile normal saline (a prescription item in the U.K.)

In addition, the B12 comes in multi dose bottles which, once opened are no longer sterile. Saving reconstituted B12 in this form for multiple injections over time is not recommended: the reconstituted contents, as saved, are not sterile and represent potential for bacterial contamination.

We always recommend sterile single dose ampoules of B12. Would I buy this - defiantly not.

I also note their claim that methylcobalamin is the best form of B12, promoting it as the only 'natural' B12. Anyone who reads this site regularly will know that this is not true (but that’s another story).

So, no - I wouldn’t purchase B12 from this website.

Babydoll123,as Foggyme says it isn't a site I would use. Its supplying Methyl - which isn't very stable - heat and light sensitivities - and doesn't appear to be supplying single dose ampoules.

Looking at the front page it seems to be based in Israel and I have no idea what the position is with injectible B12 and prescription in Israel.

The sight looks very professional but it's also full of sales hype and some of the science is being presented isn't as balanced as it could be.

Thank you for your reply, I did think it was very sales promoting. Good to be able to come here and ask questions.

You're going to spend significantly less money just buying ampules from german pharmacies. I get way better results using hydro than I did with methl.

You can buy 100 ampules of rotexmedica for 73 bucks, + like $20 for fast shipping. It's cheaper if you want to wait weeks to get it. 1000 UG per ampule. 100 days of daily injections, if you wanted to do that. I did.

All the guy does is resell methl powder from oxfordbiosciences. It costs less on their website. And you'd still need sterile saline solution to add to it.

If you do want methl b12 in injectable ampules, there's been places posted on this forum where you can buy those. I don't know how much they cost, but it's worth it to shop around.

Methl b12 doesn't have any kind of super healing effects like people claim. I'm thankful for that site, but only really because the large amount of money I spent eventually lead me here, to where I learned of hevert brand b12.

I got some good results from it. But rotexmedica is cheaper and has less liquid for the same amount of b12. But it's very popular and frequently gets sold out.

Thanks for your reply. I was going to ask how getting b12 from Germany is with Brexit? Are you having to pay taxes and duties once it arrives? I’m glad I joined here first before actually spending any money! Only looking at self injecting as GP practice stopped B12 injections last year at start of pandemic and now believes partner doesn’t even have PA despite being diagnosed with it in 2012! His symptoms are just horrendous at the moment.

I'm from the USA, so I didn't have to deal with that. There are some sites that still ship to the UK though. I've read that apohealth does.

I buy mine from (Hydroxycobalomin) injections from a German pharmacy. Its address is:-Apotheke mariannebrunnpharma48.de

They are very reasonably priced and their shipping and quite quick at shipping too. I've had from them twice now and cannot fault them. This website automatically translates to English which is great.

Thank you, I’ll add that name to list of German suppliers. Sounds good though if it translates automatically to English.

The guy that runs this site is not a physician, but a social media influencer with no medical training whatsoever. For me, this is a definite DO NOT BUY! His claims are dubious and mixing your own methyl has so many potential problems that at best may lead to no benefit and at worst, lead serious infection. Multidose vials are manufactured in a way that makes them safe to use for up to a month if stored and used in the medically accepted way. This crap is dangerous. Stay away.

Thank you, yes I’m convinced not to go here and have been given two sites above to try.
