I was a runner and I'm still trying to run. I just found this and thought it was interesting.

My symptoms started over 10 years ago when I first started running.

You can do it. With my disease (Stiff Person Syndrome) I shouldn’t be able to run at all. I not only returned to running but ran my first 5K back earlier this year. Keep going! All days are good, some days are better! 🤗💐⭐️

I’d actually found the author of this blog because of something else she wrote online last year and contacted her on Instagram. She’s lovely. I thought my B12 deficiency was cause of my all my chronic fatigue and symptoms but after solving the B12 issue (although I still have some pins and needles and weakness) I couldn’t get back running. In the end it was my Pfizer vaccine that has fixed me, suggesting it was all an autoimmune issue. I’ve got next one this week. I have got back running though, and hope to train and race again. Still self inject B12 to help. Thanks for sharing!
