NERVOUSNESS

I am getting the B12 cyanocobalamin every 10 days for PA but I noticed I'm a little impatient. This is just not me. Anyone have anxiety to the point where your nerves are all over the place? I thought it was my magnesium level but bloodwork came back in range. I'm sorry to be a Debbie downer but just sometimes this PA is SO overwhelming. I use to be pretty upbeat person. Have a great day guys. Best.

"Anyone have anxiety to the point where your nerves are all over the place?". Happens to me all the time. Unfortunately I didn't find a solution. Quitting caffeine helped a bit.

The anxiety has been a constant. Sometimes it gets worse, and other times it's better. It was worse before I started injections, because it also had a component of paranoia.

It helped to look at it like the symptom it is, rather than trying to treat it like something I should be able to handle with willpower. I'm not entirely certain you always can.

It's so tiring to try and force yourself to do things that you'd be able to do if you were healthy. But the fact is that you're not healthy. And you can't be held to the same standards as if you were.

That could be a sign that you are starting to heal ! Because very often the symptoms of P.A. get worse when they are treated ,and healing starts and anxiety is just one of many P.A symptoms . Try to be patient with yourself ( easier said than done !) Keep up the injections . It will come good . Best wishes .

Thanks again Wedgewood for welcomed news. I appreciate you!
