Ferrous fumurate affects during n after stop

Hi me again had great help last time so just coming for bit of help again

So got put on ferrous fumurate 210mg contains 69mg elemental iron - take one twice a day as my blood test level was 12ug on the 13th got my script

Started taking them 13th may 6pm and 6am til 17th may when they just seemed to much for me like bad period cramps like bad palpitations and like sorta breathless upon waking

Peoples solution was great help started taking 1 a day front when 18th - 22nd at 8am with pure orange juice they seemed to have eased my palpitations like they not loud drum in my chest still there like and short of breath sorta prolonging throughout day and really dry mouth and anxiety so decided to stop til get to speak to dr on 16th or manage to get a phone appointment

Everyday since I’ve been waking up awful with short breath heart racing went to chemist n spoke with pharmacist on the 28th due to my palpitations n anxiety he said could be dehydrated as overworked myself since had high blood pressure since March gave me diarolytes every few hours and complan and told me to drink lots fluids and rest for couple days

On the sunday 30th woke up with like a sharp stab pain which thankfully subsided and just came back here and there n so lethargic like just couldn’t keep awake just kept drifting off and my muscles cramping

Yesterday woke up heart racing n like a bit pressure still like muscle cramps

- thought is it my iron so decided to take 1 ferrous tablet again around 2pm by 8pm my palpitations was off again n heart jumpin out my chest just drank loads of water

After tryin my hardest got to sleep and woke today with pressure in chest again

And my oxygen was 92 I know this is still in good range but I’m usually 98-99

I know no one on here are medical professionals here but I’m just wondering if anyone had or going or been through this

Like would this be a side effect of the tablets as there’s no leaflet inside and I’ve looked online and all different things so unsure or a after effect with me stopping them , cant speak to dr til 16th so need advice til then

My box is Mercurypharma a white with orange wave I can post if needed

okay sorry just wondered if anyone had gone through it ,, i am intending to speak to my gp asap just dont have a clue what to do till then and if n how ppl coped x

Update : seen dr during my daughters appointment got sent to hospital as my bp was high 207 from the pain and inflammation pushing on my chest which led to anxiety which led to palpatations increasing the anxiety

All heart is good ecg n chest X-ray n bloods had some iv fluids

Dr who saw me throughly checked me over and found how inflamed my stomach was bad case of gastritis which didn’t heal from previous weeks

Upped my bisoprolol to 5mg but not to sure on that with my bp recently in good figures n my heart rate low and 4 weeks course of lansprazole and take only paracetamol if needed gotta rechange my diet to no acidic o spicy foods just got used to my other healthy eating plan still in lot of pain but anxiety eased especially when belly has a debloat so I’m hoping Is just this ,, told me that ferrous fumarate was probably to strong for me and just keep off and see my gp til my stomach heals hopefully not to long
