Liquid thyroxine

Are all liquid levothyroxine brands the same. Every brand of tablet i have tried has given me different symptoms. Just wondering if the liquid brands are the same and maybe worth trying another brand. Im taking Tevo liquid at the moment feeling tired struggling to get going when i wake up numbness and pins and needles in fingers swollen stomach weight gain hair flat and thin, balance abit off, fatigue mornings and afternoons x
