Some have reported so.I've had dental problems. You also have mentioned? Oral thrush.

Your bloods will hopefully show up any inbakance that needs addressing.

You dentist can also advise

I had a big episode of gum recession each time after having my 2nd and 3rd children. I was probably pretty low on B12 at the time but didn't know about it

I can remember reading the report of a study done in India which concluded that poor gum health was closely linked with B12 deficiency. My gums have definitely improved since I started supplementing with B12.

I brush hard I think that's the problem and also low b12 is adding up to it making it miserable

Here is a link. There are plenty more references on the internet.

I had untreated PA for many many years and very poor teeth and gums that got worse and worse with almost continual bleeding in the end. Useless dentist just said to use a mouthwash that did not help at all. Since self injecting EOD for over a year the bleeding has stopped and no more gum erosion is taking place and they look healthy. Sadly its too late to save any teeth in my lower jaw and they will all go shortly.

Even my lower teeths are more in danger and also there's no use of doing any surgery bcz b12 won't let them stay alive life is being too harsh

When my gums bled and hair started falling out, my GP thought it more to do with low folate or ferritin rather than my B12 deficiency. Since all treatment started at around the same time, I still don't know which helped most: frequent B12 injections or ferritin and folate supplements.

I also got gum shrinkage and recurring abscesses. Infections difficult to fight off. Teeth often loose as bone affected too. Also found to have osteoporosis of the spine so vitamin D on prescription. Have lost some teeth, but have saved a few, too. My gums never bleed now.

It took about 2 or 3 years to get good levels of ferritin and folate to stabilise. I now self inject B12 every three days. My raised methylmalonic acid (MMA) level took 3 years to drop down to within normal range.

I was referred to a dental hospital due to my "gum disease" it was suggested I hadn't been brushing my teeth properly. It was then found I was deficient in B12 started my 6 weekly jabs and havent looked back. No "gum disease" any more and no more mouth ulcers.
