You obviously need your B12 injections more regularly than every 3months . Explain to your doctor that symptoms start returning after 2months . If your doc turns you down , come back here for further help .

That often seems to happen. I think that when the body gets low on B12 it then gets busy when you get your injection and you start feeling worse.

At first I started to feel rough in the run up to an injection. That feeling came after 10 weeks, then 8 weeks then 6 and then like you, I started feeling worse immediately after my injection. Now I've been self-injecting weekly for a few years and I no longer feel the effect from the injection at as I suspect my body has all it needs.

Hopefully in a few days you'll feel better as your body settles down but it does sound as if you need more frequent injections.
