Managed to read a small brochure sent through the post.

Ironically on vitamin supplements. 🤣

The text didnt disappear from the right as it has been. I didnt get shooting headpains. I didng have ridiculous tinnitus .trying to read.

Little by little.

I think good to report small but significant improvements . Healing does continue.

I know now not to push through as sets me back. As this was my nature a hard one to do as so frustrating.

More signs of spring.

I want to become as resilient as a crocus.

Well done Nackapan it’s small steps isn’t it.I’ve got a house move coming up so I’m trying to keep positive and the milder weather does lift my spirits let’s pray for a heatwave lol.take care xx

I'm so pleased you've made another positive step on your road to recovery 🤗 I've always wanted to push my way through things as well but have learned it's not always the best way. Slow but sure wins the race will be my new motto, until I have a good day and forget again anyway! 😘
