Painful injections suddenly

Has this happened to anyone else? I am doing subQ into my belly. I've been doing it weekly now for a few months. Today's shot thoug, was very painful. I had to stop pushing the plunger a few times just to let the pain calm a little. That's never happened before.

Perhaps give your stomach s break and uses your thigh or hip instead . I I do sc and yih can hit a nerve or it can bruise at times.

Once it has hurt without realising you can tense up.
