B12 and electrolyte imbalance

Hi folks

I have been struggling with low sodium due to laxative use, (I have severe IBS). In the process of trying to correct the sodium I changed meds to Linzess and took sodium. I think that caused an electrolyte imbalance.

Now I am feeling really bad with weak legs, bad vision problems, shortness of breath and many other symptoms. I inject every other day, but today just did an injection even though I injected yesterday.

I think that extra injection might be helping.

Do imbalances mess up the B12 balance?

Sorry, I am cognitively out of it. Any responses are appreciated.

Sita

I think you need to work with your doctor on this one.I doubt it is related to B12 use but may be related to the use of laxatives and also to dehydration as well as malnutrition
