Also my tummy is more upset than usual.

Any one else have similar symtoms cheers

Sounds like your nerves waking up. Sinetimez it can be painful. K aksi still get a sudden sweat. (Not a hot flush) it's different .

Injections can causes diarrhoea at times. Or it could just be ttasit quicker through your metabolism speeding up. I o itislly altough mostly bedbound lost nearly a stone in weight and was so hungry! It settles though.

Yes I got warmth in my fingers and toes and tingling as the B12 went into my system. Also had upset stomach, it felt acidic, but actually the best for me was to take acidic foods - I ate a raw coleslaw with just lemon juice on. I can't remember where but there's something about B12 deficiency causing acid reflux symptoms but it being cos acid is too low....Like you I think the warmth is the nerve mending - fingers crossed:)

Self diagnosed due to taking oral supplements so GP not interested! Self injecting every other day/once a day/ every 36 hours for 6 weeks so early days still for me. I took 20k mcg orally for one month prior to injections. I take a range of supplements including folic acid, Vit D, K etc.
