One conclusion of this excellent piece.:- B12 deficiency is often misdiagnosed as depression, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, iron-deficiency-anemia, MS or hypochondria.

I was treated for periodic depression over 40 years - no antidepressants nor psychotherapy gave any relief. Self injecting every other day for 7 months and no sign of depression now.

Oh yes I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years ago and polydrugged! And told a few months ago I had health anxiety, disgraceful really, so glad you’re seeing improvements xx
