Docs rang yesterday to arrange flu jabs and I asked the question about reinstating b12 jabs No reply yesterday but today the answer is yes.

I have learnt something over this period and that is how important Folic acid is Clivealive so right So please be aware you may need to supplement it as I am doing ,especially as you get older.Everyone have another go and Good Luck.

That's good.

Yes folate iron vit d should all be monitored. You just have to find your maintenance dose. I went above range with folate on 400mcg so only seem to need 200mcg 3 times a week. Veg is plentiful at present but strange what we can or cannot absorb. I need vitamin d daily and some iron (still working that out)

Yes I take 1000 vit d am 65 and have arthritis and I know if I have missed a dose
