Help please

I need a small help. I've been struggling with a strange sensation in my left foot for about 2 months. It felt like there's a feather in between my toes. Went to doctor & got blood work done. It showed ferritin -16, Vit B12: 315, Folate: 7.9, Vit D: 35, TSH:0.85, ANA: positive 1:320 speckled. I also got MRI of brain as suggested by the doc and it showed a leison in right putamen which the doctor said is subtle but uncertain & said she will come back after a month about it upon discussion with experts & there's nothing to worry at the moment.

Then the doc asked me to repeat ANA in a month's time and also asked me to take iron and vitamin D. Adiditonally ive started supplementing with Vitamin b12 tab and within a matter of 4-6hours my strange sensation has gone down to about 40%. I felt happy and relieved after 2 long months.

Then I continued but after a week I've started getting strange joint and muscle pain in my hands and even on fingers(more on the left side). Also I get tingling sensation in my left side of the nose. It worsens at night. I still continue all the supplements.

Also my stomach has gone for a toss in these months with me visiting the toilet after all the meals. I've moved to UK in 2019 from South East Asia & my weight has gone up :+10kgs.

I would really appreciate your suggestions and comments on my current situation.

I'm goad the b1e seemed to help you. K think it's best to see what the neurologist says. Raising your ferritin and vitamin d should make you feel a bit better. B12 is in range but the supplement you taking if helping continue as tiu cannot overdose on b12.

Did the doctor mention a low folic acid 200- 400mcg in a multi vit? Iwoukd ask your doctor if appropriate to take.

Hope you get on okay with the neurologist.
