What were your Anti Parietal Cell Numbers?

Mine is right on the borderline of positive. Trying to figure out I have b12 of 422 and a slightly elevated MMA. I also have a negative Intrinsic Factor Antibody test

Most people test positive for the GPC antibodies, especially as we get older. So a positive test doesn't really mean much. Your B12 is well above the average. There are many possible causes for raised MMA, a B12 deficiency would normally result in much higher levels.

It doesn't look as if you have a B12 deficiency.

Thank you for replying. My GPC antibody was 27 they say anthying above 25 is positive. On one MMA test Urine it was 31.2 which was 1 point over the normal range but then I had it done again a few days later and it was 60. Can chronic stress deplete B12 what else can
