self injecting and now levels are high

i have caught covid in march. been so tired since.

i self inject since last year.once a wk. but even with that i am still tired at the moment. i am still struggling with aftermath of covid so gp wanted me to do a blood test. they never test b12 since i got diagnosed but this time they did. my level is 2000😱😱 so shows as abnormal.

they dont know i self inject.why is it so high?

It’s high because of your B12 injections, as would be expected.

Yrs mine was very high too. They did the b12 with folate
