I have had weakness ache legs feel un balanced and fuzzy with lack of energy and belly not feel right to been going on for a couple of year just lean to live with it but to try and get rid of it any 1 any clue what it could be. Had blood done couple of months ago Doctor but me on folic acid and vitamin D . I will post blood results.
Hopefully you get the benefit of folic acid and vit d . When folate level up. B12 can start .
How long do,s it take for folate to get up to level been on it for about a month vitamin been on that about year last bloods for vitamin d was 26 still deficienct
The retesting time is 3 months
My vit d was 21 had to have high dose loading dose of vit d3 prescribed. So ask for that .

I dont know about folate as never been low on that.
If on no b12 supplements at all when you get tour blood test folate and b12 usually done together.
So you will get another reading
Blood test fine but feel like I have anaemia
I still feel very ill after having the 3 monthly injections

red blood cells normal, B12 65 IF antibodies - doc stumped - any ideas
