Best time to take Cyanocobalamin 1mg tablets.

Hi all, I have been prescribed B12 Cyanocobalamin1mg Prolonged release tablets as my surgery has stopped giving injections due to Covid19.

Can you tell me the best time of day to take them?

I currently take Levothyroxine and T3 early morning and my HRT tablet at bedtime.

As they are slow release it shouldn't make much difference if there are no instructions on the Patient Information Leaflet.

Thanks for your reply, there is a leaflet but just says take with water between meals.
