Today I went shopping ,hadn’t been feeling great so hadnt been out much.
As I was walking around putting bits n bobs in the trolley all of a sudden I had a sensation of hot water running down my left bum cheek it was horrible and I actually felt wet but wasn’t.
I’ve never had this before, ive been using my b12 spray and had Just stopped the b complex and magnesium for a couple of days because I was doing another saliva test for adrenals and Dhea from regenerus, not had the results yet.
Has anyone else ever experienced this could it be as a result of taking the b12 spray, ive also had that burning feet and pins feeling in toes for a few days.
Of course as usual the anxiety kicked in big time and I got out of supermarket as quick as I could.its eased off again but it’s worrying me still.any advice appreciated please.
My daughter had this sensation on and off for a few months always thought she’d wet herself. Not sure anyone knows what it is she’s on B12 injections. Have you seen a Neurologist?
Hi nano2 thank you for replying and I’m sorry your daughter is having these b12 issues we do our dampest to protect our kids but there’s only so much we can do isn’t there.
I’m still in early stages of getting a definate diagnosis I’ve been trying to optimise vitamin levels first as suggested but not sure if this is what’s causing these symptoms to increase.
I have a gp appointment for Monday it’s a new practice I’ve not been yet so no idea what to expect ,my history is so complicated so I don’t envy a new gp having to wrangle through things but I’m hoping they’ll cooperate with me,most of them hate the fact that I go private but needs dictate don’t they.
I hope the b12 is working for your daughter and she’s well now.thank you again.x
Have you had bloods done. My daughter has been ill since last March with severe B12 & Folate iron deficiency & Macrocytosis. Couldn’t walk for over 4 months. We took her private for Neurologist and MRI Spine scan because of 6 month wait on NHS. To cut the story short she’s made improvements but has been diagnosed with sensory motor peripheral Neuropathy. Own experience go armed to your GP with list of symptoms, BNF/Nice guidelines. Very few GPs have much or any knowledge of B12 def.
Thank you its a slow process that takes its toll over time. I do hope it goes ok at your GP app and you manage to get the answers you need to move forward. Good Luck
I don’t know what’s going on with this old wreck of a body but thankfully I’m feeling better again today.I changed to the jarrows sublingual lozenges yesterday and I don’t know if it’s coincidence or not but my bum pain has gone and my toes and feet have eased off.i was taking the oral spray maybe it was triggering changes but not strong enough and I was having those weird reactions and maybe the jarrows was more efficient I don’t know or care as long as it’s helping lol.thank you Nackapan.
Can you not try the jarrows b12 sublingual for the in between injection days it’s only a tenner from amazon I’m taking them to try to avoid injections because I’m so needle phobic.lol.
I hope you have a restful night I know what you mean re light sensitive I wear adaptive lenses now, years ago I had a bad bout of herpes which I’m convinced I caught from dentist visit and the virus travelled behind my left eye and left me with trigmenal neuralgia so you have my utmost sympathy, those gel eye masks are pretty good if you heat them and just lay on your face.
Have a good weekend and rest now it’s been a strenuous week for you.take care x
