"What You Need to Know About Pernicious Anaemia and Vitamin B12 Deficiency."

by Martyn Hooper.

This is an easy read, even though it goes into the science a bit. This is because he is not a scientist nor a medic so makes it understandable. Just stick with it and you will understand why this whole subject area is so uncertain. You may also be able to prevent your body being permanently damaged.

It is, indeed, very good.

I'm going to have to give it another read though. I suspect there are a few areas that might need updating.

I have just recommended this book to another poster on here.

It made a lot of difference to me when I was really ill and could not understand why lack of a vitamin that I'd never heard of could have such a devastating effect on my life, yet no-one had warned me or talked to me about lifelong injections/ symptoms/ expected timeframe for improvements/ when I would be well enough to go back to work (if ever)……

it's a lot to come to terms with. This book really helped with that.
