I am new to B12 injections but I have injected blood thinners sub cutaneously and it was easy peasy - that was into tummy fat.

You need to decide if you want to inject sub-cutaneously ( sub-cut) with a short fine needle -usually into tummy fat , or Intramuscularly (I.M. ) with a longer needle into the muscle of your thighs .

You can look for videos on Utube for both methods . It is said that I.M. injections get into the system faster than sub- cut. . But both work well . Both methods are approved for B12 injections. Best wishes .
