I am new to this but I have thyroid problem where half was removed back in 1994

I have just had a review either I didn't listen properly but apparently it was cancer

I still have my right side but unable to lose weight I am careful with what I eat but in the last 5 years have not lost any weight or gain any

Has anyone got some helpful information that will help me lose just a few kilos, that would be helpful

This forum is for pernicious anaemia - although some of us go on to or started with auto-immune thyroid problems, thyroid issues are generally off topic for this forum.
