Does. Anyone else really suffer with anxiety before their injection is due?

I have suffered for almost two years now and it was starting to get better after my last injection (my forth after loading doses) but now my next is due my anxiety is hightened again. Mostly work related worries.

Any coping suggestions? I just can't switch my brain off. I have asked for more frequent injections but the doctor said 3 months is adequate. I don't want to push things as I was initially told I could only have them for a year.

2 monthly is in the guidelines now. Write down symptoms. Ask for a trial of 2 monthly.
