Hormone changes and low b12

I started weekly injections for low B12 at the end of August and have made a lot of progress/improvement. I’ve noticed though that the day before my cycle starts and the first day, I experience a lot of the symptoms I had when I was at my worst before I was diagnosed with low b12- dizziness, palpitations, extreme fatigue, and the numbness/tingling in my foot/leg is worse. Do hormones play a role in this?

I’ve also noticed the day I receive my shot each week and the day after my numbness/tingling is worse than the rest of the days following. I would think I’d be better those days since I just got the injection.

I find the symptoms emerge again after the injection. Healing I hope waking up the nerves.

You are bound to be symptomatic day one of your menstrual cycle. . Noone feels too of the world that day as I remember. I also think when healing tour body only likes doing one thing at a time

When I was very poorly digestion used to wipe me out!

Hi.

One day before and first few days of my cycle I feel the same as I did before injections. I can hardly walk or eat and feel incredibly anxious. Definitely not things I used to suffer with. It almost feels as if your body is being drawn of all B12 you’ve put in it. It does pass but it’s not pleasant.
