Hi everyone. I have b12 injections every 8/10 weeks and I'm really struggling at the minute..I'm feeling so tired tingling hands feet ..I had injections 4 weeks ago .but I dont feel its working I had flu jab same time same arm ..can i take b12 tablets to supplement i just feel I'll and just want to sleep..

It might be side effects from your flu jab if you've not had this before

B12 tablets will do you no harm but it's whether you can absorb them or not? For them to help you.

Thank you I will take them and vit d tabs I'm sure it wont do any harm I really need a boost and my dr definitely wont give me another injection until end of dec .plus i do have intrinsic factor antibodies i feel the flu injections at same time didn't help

The way round the doctor’s refusal to give you more regular injections, is self injection .

If you have pernicious anaemia b12 orally is a waste of time and money, you cannot absorb it
