Hello, newly diagnosed PA. I have had brain fog as long as I can remember and have always felt disconnected. I assume this is the PA? Will it ever go away? I am 35 years old woman.

Hello, glad you found this forum, there are very knowledgeable people here. Be sure to see sleepybunny's posts, she provides lots of helpful material.

Some symptoms resolve, some improve. We all seem to be different. My brain fog has cleared gradually, and I keep thinking I'm well and then I make further improvements. Don't expect everything at once, be patient and take good care of yourself.
