Hi All

Is light headed ness and blurred vision when rising from having sat or lain a symptom of b12d- I understand the medical name to be syncope and it has multiple causes and especially effects the over 65s.

I think it's the change in bp.

See if it makes a difference doing it in stages and very slowly.

I would get checked out by your doctor

Thank you, Nackapan. I’ve read up on it and it states about blood pressure on the NHS site. It says to see the doctor if it persists.

Just what I was going to say, thank you Nackapan!

Heavy headed dizziness could be low folate.

I certainly can get light headed and feel nausea when I bend cleaning floors etc, I just do it slowly and take my time with bending jobs. I think it's my PA but you're still better to see GP, wishing you well xx

I also get symptomatic when bending. In my head pain and a but dizzy. Good job I'm not the gardener.

I can't hoover yet. Tried it but made me feel very unwell. All very frustrating.

Very difficult not to bend.

All my working life was full of bending with children.

Squatting like a child a good posture but needs practice! !
