Has anyone experienced internal vibrations in limbs? This is a general occurrence not related to receiving b12 shots.

I went through a phase a few years ago (post PA diagnosis) of feeling like I had a mobile phone vibrating next to my outer thigh.

I don’t know whether or not it was PA related and I haven’t had it recently. I’ve felt that my PA is adequately treated for the last couple of years or so.

Yes I've had the vibrations. Felt like it was in my core. When is sit, the pressure on my rear would turn the volume up and the vibration was maddening. I think I remember it first occurring months into treatment. It last days? I think I felt it occasionally after that for months maybe. Have not felt it in years now. I've always chalked it up to a process in the nerve healing.

I sometimes feel as if I have swallowed my electric toothbrush and it is vibrating.

Yes. Mine occurred before my b12 deficiency diagnosis. Felt like I was vibrating everywhere. Legs, arms, trunk and head. My family doc told me it was essential tremor. But my neurologist said it’s due to the low b12. After beginning injections, it subsided dramatically. But small vibrations remain especially in my legs. I believe it had to do with the small muscle fibers.

Hi Georgiapeachy

I get this everywhere but mainly in my upper body I notice this more, when I am sat relaxed, in bed etc mouth teeth chatter and I have this in my central face but no visible signs.

I was diagnosed with teeth clenching in 2014 and now wear a mouth splint during sleep as my jaw and sides of head were horrendous with pain, the mouth splint has really helped, but the tremors are still with me and get worse when I am tired.

I am waiting for tests to see if they confirm if I have B12 deficiency.

Hi,

Although my symptoms are much improved, the teeth chattering returns if I go without B12 for more than a few days. I also wear a mouth guard as teeth worn away; I wonder if it had something to do with my teeth chattering.

I think I did as preteen, way long before things got diagnosed.

I actually have full on tremor in my legs but only when standing still, I think it all related to Hashimoto's, B12 deficiency and probably all the co factues never getting high enough. I hate the feeling and I have to do everything sitting down but strangely can walk quite well in open spaces. I do remeber feeling the vibrations in legs before I took b12.
