You have lots (RBC - red blood cell count) of very small (MCV - Mean Cell Volume) red blood cells.
You almost certainly have iron deficiency anaemia.
Your red cells are microcytic but you don't appear to be anaemic and your red cell count is raised; (your Hb is around 12.1g). These are classical findings in Thalassaemia Trait. It is important that you aren't treated for iron deficiency unless that's proven by other lab tests.
PDW and Pct are best ignored as they are difficult to interpret in isolation.
The lymphocyte count is slightly raised but not alarmingly so. Try not to worry, and wait to see what the doctor says.
