The only thing you can do to determine the frequency that is right for you is to monitor and listen to your symptoms.

You should be aware that methyl doesn't actually suit everyone - some people can experience high levels of anxiety and no positive impact on other symptoms.

I don't personally inject methyl but I do use some methyl in my regime as I find that it helps with one particular neurological symptoms though it does absolutely nothing for other symptoms so have ended up using a mix of B12 types.

Personally, due to neurological symptoms and relatively new to B12 injections, I inject at least every other day. During very difficult days I sometimes inject daily. A chemist on this forum has indicated that methylcobalamin is changed to hydroxocobalamin once injected (if it hasn't already degraded to hydroxocobalamin in the ampoule/vial before actual injection). As Gambit62 has said, you will need to adjust the frequency of injections based on your individual need. Everyone's ability to store and utilize B12 is quite different. Hope you find whatever works best for you!
