Was diagnosed with PA earlier this year. Past month or so, I wake up each morning with mucus in my throat. Anyone else experienced this with PA or is it unrelated? I'm a non-smoker.

Yes thick gooey sticky stuff coating my throat and threatening to choke me each time I inhaled.
I narrowed it down to the fillers/bulking agents in supplements so I stopped taking them and it has improved.
I've now reintroduced Vitamin D3, B complex, magnesium as Softgel in oil and Vit K2 with a liquid dropper. It has made all the difference. For me it would be ideal if all medications and supplements could be made this way.
Thanks singoutloud. I'm only taking the three monthly b12 injection (last one was two weeks ago) so maybe it is something in that. I've also uplifted all my bedroom carpets to replace them so may be the dust (possible allergen). If it doesn't settle I will speak with GP. Thanks.
It may be an allergic reaction to something. I’m presuming you don’t smoke.
Some people rather than sneezing and symptoms of the head get an allergic reaction in the chest and develop a cough.
Yep. I have that often, too. Don't know what causes it. It comes and goes.
I had mucous in thrust all my life (I'm nearly 71) but it has virtually gone since a) getting my D levels to optimal (i was borderline severe) and b) self- injecting since around 3 months ago. Chest infections also stopped and hardly any colds even when husband had a bad cold.
Thick throat mucus has been a serious ongoing problem for me. All of my vitamin levels are good. I have been tested extensively for allergies. There are no structural problems, no digestive problems. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.
