I wouldn't like to say.

I'm strongly suspicious as I don't know what "mecobalamin" is (are they trying to pass something else off as methylcobalamin?) and it says "for illustration purposes only" - which means it isn't necessarily what's in the product.

Personally I would avoid it at all costs and definitely wouldn't inject it into anything!

I don't really know but I got the impression it was easier to get real B12 injections from Drs in India than many places and I would only use trusted, approved and verified sources.

If you're lucky it's just a waste of money but it could be very dangerous.

Methylcobalamin is also called as mecobalamin(I checked in Wikipedia too). The image is taken from a medical website and it always says the same for all images as illustration in their Website.

Doctor in Germany prescribed -

You don’t need any more vitamin B12“ as your Levels are in range even when I showed him the report of parietal cell antibody and intrinsic factor antibody.

Unfortunately doctor is not cooperative here in Germany even after showing parital cell antibody and intrinsic factor antibody. I have retoxmedica hydroxocobalamin and self injected 6 already with no improvement so have to switch back to methylcobalamin as there is no option. Once I am little better I try hydroxocobalamin again
