Help with bloods

Can anyone help with these latest bloods results. Gastro has concluded it’s not PA although I’m still unconvinced 🥴 they have organised a tummy mri but some of these results I don’t understand and any help would be appreciated

I'm just a patient, not a doctor, but all your bloodwork looks good. Negative for intrinsic factor antibodies, negative for parietal cell antibodies, tho I'm not familiar with the "gas" notation regarding the type of test they ran. You are positive for smooth muscle antibodies? I'm not familiar with that test but you might Google what that means.

Also, intrinsic factor and parietal cell antibody tests aren't completely definitive. Other posters will know more about these tests than I.

The way I read it your bloods seem in range you look negative for coeliac
