B12 injections how long before you feel improvement

Hello, I'm taking b12 methyl injections for last 2 weeks but don't feel any better pins and needles and numbness have got worse at night. Should l persevere with the injections?

I would as sometimes symptoms can worsen a bit before improveneers are made. 2 weeks isn't very long.

Short answer 1970s keep taking the injections - they are not a "quick fix" and whilst some symptoms may improve some will appear to get worse as the B12 starts to repair the damage done to the nerves.

Where are you getting methylcobalamin from? If it hasn't been stored properly, or prepared properly, then it might well have gone off.
