I have days when I go about 20 times in a day and everytime it is diluted, clear urine and volume is high. and there are normal days when I go about 5 times and urine is yellow and concentrated. Checked for diabetes and insipidus and all othe rblood work. All are normal. My body is severely dehydrated ,yet if I drink water, I straight have to go to loo. Why this is happening and only on some days?

I was hoping if we all could discuss the common factors what might be triggering it? I’m severely dehydrated and finding it difficult to do least amount of work. Now I’ve recently started to develop chest pain as well. Do you get similar episodes on using dairy products or coconut water watermelon are worst for me. Also excercising moderately or being in cold environment triggers it? I believe if it was excessive fapping that did all this?
I had this problem about 3 months after being diagnosed with PA. I’d drink litres of water and run to the loo to wee almost right away. It was as if I couldn’t hydrate myself. My mouth felt dry all the time too. I got referred to hospital and did some tests of my drinking and wee habits and was found to have over active bladder. Put on pills and largely seems to have resolved. Although just after an injection my bladder seems hyper active and can go more than normal.
I had lots of urination including at night, at worst it was 4 litres one 24 hour period when I measured it. My blood sodium also went up to 146 probably because I wasn't drinking enough.
Finally I figured out it must have been because I was drinking so much coconut water for the potassium and I mixed it with lemon juice to make it more palatable. Then I found out they are both diuretics.
When I stopped both my urination reduced to normal and blood sodium went back to 142.
So make sure you are not drinking too many diuretics
