Hi Gunj_red I think it is more likely that as you are "feeling better" after the B12 shots that you are eating more than you were before. As for the acne, this is not uncommon, have a word with a pharmacist as he/she will be able to advise you.

I wish you well

Thanx sir.. u think hydroxocobalamin has nothing to do with weight... as I have read trineurosol h(hydroxo) side effect is rapid weight gain that I have noticed too and though I gym and eat less carbs I can still feel my pants getting tighter... shud I change my form then?

I lost weight on regular b12 injections but was /am eating loads. Also hardly any exercise. Usually one walk round the block 10 minutes as too poorly to do more. I read the opposite that they speed up your metabolism? ? So we are all different. Muscle weight gain is possible. I shouldn't worry too much if you are feeling well.

If you’re worried about acne whether from b12 or not, see your doctor they can help...

a great soap free face wash is called cetaphil oily skin cleanser and you can get it in boots in the uk it’s about £7 and I use it with a muslin cloth from Home bargains which is about 69p. Keep the cloth regularly laundered and clean.

Something drying used on spot affected areas only also helps...I used liquid exfolikate (yes KATE) at the end it’s by Kate Somerville but is very expensive and I’m currently looking for an alternative product! Still buying it in the meantime as has even stopped the breakout from erupting and shortens the length of the spot.

All the best to you! X
