I try to take my vitamin D with my fattiest meal of the day but sometime I forget and don't realise until late afternoon so I skip the dose. Does vitamin D have any affect on sleep. I can have problems with getting to sleep and I don't want to make them worse.

I think its more important just to take it. I think it's low vitamin d levels that can give you sleep problems.

yes, i read that vitamin d can interfere with meletonin which translate to issues with falling a sleep if taken later the day so it would be best to take it in the morning.
