I was diagnosed with b12 deficiency in November when a facial twitch turned into a legs and whole body twitching. I never had the neuropathy but recently I’ve been weaned down to a shot a week and my twitching and increase again and come back in the face (which had been gone since losing dose) and for the last 4-5 days I’ve been getting a lot of tingling and numbness is my feet and hands.
I’ve started taking 2 shots this week but it’s just seems to be getting worse. Has anyone else had is this? Could it be my nerves healing?
Thanks for the help - Josh

Sounds to me like you dropped the levels just as the healing had really started and your body is complaining about it!
Go back to whatever was working for you and make sure you have plenty of the supporting supplements that are needed for the B12 to work properly.
You may well benefit from a broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement plus extra folate, potassium, magnesium and iron.
Google these to see the effects of deficiency and excess and what dietary sources you might like to eat and drink. Also consider extra supplements if you think you need them, especially for the folate.
Basic supermarket broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplements and folic acid tablets are at least as good as more expensive branded products.
