I had silver fillings for almost 7 years. removed them last year. ever since I had them on, my health went downward. anywhoo, I lost weight, then gained, then started getting heart problems etc. all blood work shows ok, except for white blood cells, being high for almost 2 yrs.
I had a hair test which showed my cobalt was almost 0 and that I am copper defecient aswell. I was doing alot of vitamin c and zinc for a while which I have come to know, depletes copper and thus messing with iron.
I had stomach issues for almost 2yrs, I would eat, within 4/5 hrs, stomach feels empty, I never benefit from what I eat, it just comes out the back end.
never was a meat/egg a dairy person, that has changed these last 2yrs. could it be that my b12 is low. I have no energy to walk outside sometimes, walking around the house gets me tired. I can barley concentrate, I get hypoglycemia, anxiety and fatigue, crazy fatigue.
which B12 test is best to find out my levels?

Symptoms of B12 deficiency overlap with a number of other conditions so best to do a broad spectrum and see if that throws up anything obvious. If it doesn't then there are other tests.
Test for B12 are serum B12/active B12 (called Holo-T in US), MMA and homocysteine but latter two can be affected by other things so need to be done in context that rules them out - eg liver and kidney panels and folate measures.
Kidney and liver are fine. Done blood test 3 weeks back. It's just that they did not tell me to stop supplementing b12 3-6 months prior to testing. It only said 24/48hrs before test
I presume by silver filings you mean mercury amalgam filings.
There is currently no real evidence one way or the other on whether these cause problems - though there can be a lot of hype quoting only studies that show they cause problems.
Reality is that they probably can be an issue for some people but this isn't the case for the the vast majority of people.
