Itchy scalp and anxiety

Good morning. Hope everyone is well.

Just a quick question, please.

I've been SI from the beginning of December every other day. I have noticed improvements in my symptoms apart from the anxiety...as soon as I open my eyes thoughts inundated me and I feel pain in my plexus.

Also, at the back of my head I have a really persistent itch ( actually it also started at the front as well, almost shaped like a hair band is the itch) . Anyone dealing with these, please any suggestions welcomed. Thank you!

hello....sorry to hear you suffering anxiety but it is part of this illness.....I had anxiety too - it was dreadful 24/7 and came and went even when on injections. I have been injecting every day or second day since late November and the anxiety has just recently disappeared. The odd day of negative thinking but I try and breath my way out of it. I switched from Cyanocobalamin to hydroxycobalamin injections and think this did help. I also take Zinc, Magnesium, Probiotics (the stomach is the second brain!), Folic acid and Vitamin D. It might take time, but you will improve. Cannot help with the itchy scalp as this was not one of my symptoms but might be worth taking a very good probiotic and restricting sugar in case it a yeast problem. The best of healing. J
