B12 needs to stay in my body

So i had weight loss surgery in 2014 and now my body doesnt allow b12 in my system.. So i have to take 2 ml every week. Then my blood work came back in the negative yet again so now I'm 4ml every week.. 2 shots of 2ml each.. Now I dont have issues giving myself shots. But I lifted my just gave one in my arm and idk if I hit a vain but I cant stop bleeding. And I got a large bump. I give my shots every slow. Needles don't bother me ..so I dont bother watching it go in my arm.. But I'm having bad pain and large lump no bruising. I'm worried if I hit a vain will it cause a problem..

hitting a vein would cause bruising and may be a small amount of blood from the injection sight. If you are still bleeding and still in pain then I think you need to consult a medical practitioner.

What is the concentration of the dose you have - is it 1mg/2mL which would mean an injection contains 1mg? or 1mg/1mL which would mean that you are injecting 2mg. 2mg may be a less efficient dose as the more B12 there is in your blood the faster it is removed.
