Posting on Gastric diagnosis and the progression

Hi

I am having problems with posting and now with opening posts saved to notes or emailed to myself.

In particular there was one last month on a gastric diagnosis and the progression of it including iron deficiency anemia that I think may be my problem. I wanted to print in and take it to my doctor and now cannot even open it in my notes in the iPhone or in my mail.

Can whoever posted it please send me a link to it outside of Health Unlocked since that site is causing me so much difficulty?

Also can an administrator help me get the site to work again? I rely on this site!

Thanks. Sita

This is Sita505. I am on an iPhone and there is nothing to the right of my post. Any ideas on the general problems I am having with the site?

The administrators on this and other forum only deal with moderating content.

If you are having problems with the platform then you need to contact Health Unlocked technical support

I don't know if this article will help you with doing that

support.healthunlocked.com/...

but you can also report an issue through this portal

support.healthunlocked.com/...

I use a browser rather than a smart phone and the two have different page layouts. Often things that are located to the side on a browser can actually be found by scrolling down to the bottom on a smart phone but I don't know if that includes the related posts.

Sita. Following on from what Gambit62 says...if you are using an iPhone, then related posts can indeed be found by scrolling down to the very bottom of the screen (pinned posts are there to).

I mainly use an iPhone and an iPad Pro to access HU and am not having the problems that you describe, so not so sure that it's the site that's the problem.

I log on via an internet browser (iPad and iPhone) but don't use the HU App...so if you're using the HU app, suggest you try logging on via the internet instead (HealthUnlocked.com).

Also...if you are trying to open things that you've saved by simply copy and pasting a link, might be that the link is broken (not all sites and packages maintain links when they're copied and pasted). If I try and copy and paste into reminders or notes app on the iPhone the hyperlinks are often not maintained.

So...Try inserting in front of any link that you're trying to open and see if that works.

If that doesn't work HU may be able to help you if you mail them (Gambit left you the email address 😉).

Unfortunately the related posts listing and search functions on HU are not particularly good, so the best way to find the post you need may be to simply scroll down through all the posts until you spot the one you need.

If you can be more specific about the post you're looking for, I can try and find it for you, copy the contents and send to you via the HU chat/private mail function....though not sure how successful this would be unless you are able to say what the title of the post is - otherwise a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack 🤦‍♀️.

👍

P.s. might also be worth doing a hard re-set on your phone...sometime when things play up for me that works (phone having a wobbly, not the HU site 😉
