Sorry to be a bother just trying to work things out for myself please be patient with me . Can anyone tell me how they felt their body was healing after loading doses . Did anyone get nerve pain in legs as iv just noticed today that I haven’t had weakness but gave this at the minute and as I said in a previous post I’m battling a cold virus and feel generally awful but today was the first day I was able to walk my dogs without weakness and I didn’t notice until now .

That sounds like very good news

My weakness in my legs and body worse at present. Can't do stairs for the first time. I'm hoping all my energy at present healing my brain! Must have been a lovely feeling walking your dog.

Luckily I've cats that come to me.

They should supply dogs on the NHS.

We got our two hounds just after I was diagnosed - when I could barely walk 50 m without needing a 5 minute rest. If it weren't for those big pleading brown eyes I don't think I'd have gone out as often as I did, and I wouldn't have improved so quickly.

I would suggest doing some research about which vitamins work with each other, it is very interesting ,and might lead you to find a vitamin you are depleted in .I felt like this on my loading doses ,and only couple years later read the leaflet in the chemists box .It advices you to be aware of potassium dificiency . D works with all the iums calcium potassium magnesium etc Also remember that doctors know next to nothing about vitamins, I find even now my high strength b12 sublingual after about an hour take away all my aches and pains of arthritis ,magic pills.Keep yourself well and goodluck

Hi Andy,

I am afraid that I didnt notice a great improvement after loading doses, only a very slight change in as much as I could shower and then get my breakfast without having to go back to bed in between then 3mthly jabs didnt do much for me either. It was only when I started 2mthly that I started to feel that something was working but even that wasnt having much of an effect on symptoms. I started to SI once a month about 18mths ago and this has had by far the best effect on my symptoms. I still have bad times and have to spend the odd day in bed especially if I get a cold it really knocks me for six, but on the whole I can do much more now.

Hope you start to feel better soon, all the best
