Have you had a reason given yet for your deficiency ? What treatment have you been offered ? Hope you are feeling okay.

I remember being told that blood tests had shown that my vitamin B12 was low and that I needed to see the nurse for a course of injections. Okay, I thought, it's only vitamins. Then the nurse told me, after my 6th one, that I would need to have an injection in 3 months and that it would be my responsibility to keep count and book it in the week before it was due. "Okay. And how long is that for ?" "Every three months for life, usually" she said....... LIFE ? ? ...and that's when I thought I'd better look it up.

People here have helped me so much, with all the information, research, specialists, questions, answers. There's a lot to learn- not least in order to educate others, especially those that you'd think should already know this stuff backwards !

Hope you are feeling effects of treatment already -although for some of us, it's taken a while, so don't worry.
