I’m assuming that you are in the UK. I get my B12 ampoules(Hydroxocobalamin ) from an online German pharmacy called

versandapo.de Their site is only in German . I’d you don’t read German , you need to get a translation facility . They have the cheapest pack of 100 ampoules for €48.19 .10x10 packets . They have a sell-by date of almost 2 1/2 years ( keep dark and below 25c ) a packet of 10 costs €7.99 . The courier costs €9.00 however many you order . Search for Rotexmedica B12 depot

There are other sources e.g. — mycare.de In English They have a site in English , but they are more expensive . The courier is also more expensive .

You could try Amazon.de in English . Not all the pharmacies on that site will send items to U.K. .Always make sure that you search for Depot B12 . Then you can be sure of getting Hydroxocobalamin. otherwise you could get. Cynocobalamin, (cheaper)which also would work , but it’s not as good as Hydroxocobalamin. Best wishes .
