I was diagnosed in april2015 been on injections since then after loading finished I'm on 1injection every 3mths .this last while I have had like pins needles like electric shock in my legs on and off .and muscle wasting fatigue tired is this symptoms of PA amy

Could be!

A lot of people can't manage on B12 every three months, and need it more frequently. It might be that you need to get more into your system to make you feel well. Blood results are fairly useless once you've started jabs, as the reading is likely to be high regardless of whether you have enough 'useable'B12

Yes, it could be that you need more frequent B12 - but could also be something else - eg 40% of patients with PA go on to develop hashimotos - underactive thyroid - so please go and see your doctor

I agree with you regarding the thyroid conditions, although it was the other way round for me. All the symptoms are similar and can walk hand in hand together.
