I notice there is a different log in needed for both this the HealthUnlocked and the PAS society. I presumed this was a section of the PAS society and perhaps it is ??

HealthUnlocked provide forums for a lot of different medical topics. Many of these forums are associated with a patient group. The PAS is one such group. They use the HU forum to allow people interested in PA, and B12 deficiency generally, to act as a support group.
That’s about the limit of the association between the two.

As fbirder says, the PAS sponsor this forum on a platform provided by HealthUnlocked. the PAS is a patient group/charity working to improve the treatment and diagnosis of perncious anaemia, which, despite the name, is not a form of anaemia. It is an auto-immune disorder affecting the gut which has a specific type of anaemia among its symptoms
