Apparently there’s a scam 'Health Unlocked' email being sent to some HU members. Goes something like this...
Dear friend I am very sorry for using this media to contact you, i have prayed and fast before making this decision, just last week the doctor informed me that I have less Than a week to live because of my long cancer sickness, Please understand my health condition is getting worse, i also want you to know that i am a highly spiritual woman who believes in DESTINY so it does not matter the tribe religion country or nationality or age so please feel free and clear all doubts in your mind, i have finally decided to choose you as my next of kin...
And you know the rest...including that vital scammers ploy of giving specific information on how you can send them your money. 😉😂😂

No...no issues with data security. HU has not been hacked.
I emailed HU about this and here's what HU say:
I can confirm that we received reports of this user contacting members via private message yesterday and they were banned from the site immediately.
I do not believe the user has gained access to Member’s private information such as their email addresses, I believe what has happened is that the user has contacted others via our private message feature on the site and these users have received an email notification to their email address which may have caused them to believe the user has contacted them directly via their email address.
If there are any users that still have concerns, we would advise them to contact us.
So...no data breaches...a scammer sending personal messages via internal HU system and some users mistakenly thought the notification mails to their email addresses (as usual) had come from external sources.
