I have a couple of symptoms that I'm not sure are related to B12d so I thought I would ask all you lovely people if any of you have experienced them, it's so easy to attribute everything to B12d!
When I eat (most times) I get what I can only describe as a kind of vibrating sensation in my stomach, it's a really unpleasant feeling and sometimes makes me feel quite unwell, this seemed to go for quite a few months but has come back again & I have no idea if it's B12d related or not?
Also, when I lie down to sleep after about 15-20 minutes my heart starts pounding & I get what I think is an adrenaline jolt that I feel in my stomach, it 's so strong it almost feels like a punch, sometimes it will happen more than once & it's so annoying, I just want to go to sleep and sometimes I have actually dropped off to sleep & it wakes me up.... What the hell is it? Anyone have this? ... Again this stopped for months a while after my initial injections but now it's back again ... soooo frustrating!
Best wishes x

It could be due to other things and would be worth checking but as it went when your B12 levels were increased I can understand your thinking it is linked.
Because B12 affects your nerves, it sounds like the sensations could be as a result of your nerves doing odd things.
If you increase your injection frequency or take high level sublinguals to boost your B12 levels and find it goes then it is very likely the cause.
My heart does all sorts of mad things when I'm low in B12 or if the B12 isn't working properly because my supporting supplements are out of balance but is fine if all is OK.
Thanks Deniseinmilden that's very helpful, I'm having weekly injections at the moment (second lot of loading doses as I was naughty and didn't go back for the following 2 x 3 monthlys because I felt so good, then I crashed and felt really poorly again, silly me!) & find that for about 48 hours it settles down somewhat but then seems to get worse again. So it could be the B12 doing it's thing, I do take supporting supplements but only small amounts as most supplements make me feel ill (which is bizarre as I never ever had a problem with any kind of tablets or medication before I became ill) my stomach doesn't like anything, including food sometimes!
