Pip claim with auditor

Hi everyone....I had my f2f assessment over a week ago and rang the dwp for a update, they said they couldn't see anything logged yet so to give pip a ring, pip said my claim was being audited, I asked if that ment my report had been written up or if it was pulled for a audit before it was complete, she couldn't really answer that and said the assessor could be asking for more evidence from my health care team, is this possible that a audit can take place if the report isn't complete.....any advise will be very much appreciated...thanks...
